Attendee Substitution

If you have registered for the conference but cannot attend, you must cancel your registration by sending an e-mail to Melissa Jerdon at conference@pressganey.com. You then must register the new person online at conference.pressganey.com.

Conference Cancellations

Cancellations must be sent to Melissa Jerdon at conference@pressganey.com. Cancellations must be made in writing by Monday, October 25 to receive a full refund. If cancellations are made after October 25, or if a registered attendee fails to show up, you will be charged the full registration fee.

Attire

Casual attire is appropriate for all sessions and evening events. Please note that it is difficult to control the temperature in the meeting rooms, therefore, you may want to come to the sessions with a light sweater or jacket. We will do our best to ensure that the room conditions are comfortable.
