Inspiring Improvement
Each year, we ask clients to submit their quality improvement experiences to be considered for our Success Story Award. A panel of Press Ganey judges thoroughly reviews every entry before selecting the six winners.
Recipients demonstrate they do more than merely collect data - they initiate change, improve patient care, and increase physician and employee satisfaction. They must show how their innovative efforts have lead to improved Press Ganey scores.
Winning organizations are invited to share their improvement stories with their peers at Press Ganey's annual National Client Conference. These presentations inspire others and prove that exemplary service can become an integral part of daily operations.
