With each Press Ganey survey report, Priority Indices let you drill down into—and act on—facility-specific areas of emphasis. You’ll be able to identify priorities at the unit level and supplement your research with additional indices, such as “Patient Loyalty” or “Likelihood to Recommend.”

Our standard reports break out data for each unit of analysis across three levels: by item, by dimension or section, and overall. We’ll benchmark each level across three peer groups of your choosing.
