Press Ganey, renowned leader in patient, member, employee and consumer experience across the healthcare ecosystem, today announced the appointment of Addison Hoover to the role of vice president, market lead, assuming responsibility for client partnerships in Florida, Georgia and Alabama.
Hoover brings more than a decade of experience in developing, maintaining and growing strategic partnerships in both the healthcare and financial sectors. In his previous role at Docent Health, Hoover was a catalyst for company and account growth. He was integral in developing large-scale strategies to optimize marketing efforts, customer experience and overall organizational efficiency.
Addison will be instrumental to Press Ganey’s organizational leadership, bringing his expertise directly to clients and executives in the region. With our recent acquisition of Forsta, our expanded offerings and insights provide deeper understanding of patient, consumer and workforce experiences. In his new role, Hoover works closely with C-suite executives and oversees Press Ganey’s relationships with some of the nation’s largest for-profit health systems, academic medical systems, community and regional hospitals, and a multitude of other healthcare organizations that interact across the continuum of care. In addition to his client-facing responsibilities, he directs all business operations within the market, including strategic development, continuous growth, talent attraction and talent retention.
