Vendor Management
To provide the highest quality of service, Press Ganey partners with top vendors to provide our services. We perform a security review of every potential vendor prior to selection, and vendors who take possession of PHI data undergo deeper and ongoing scrutiny, including a review of third-party audit reports. For the vendors listed below, each vendor agrees to terms that are substantially similar to Press Ganey’s own security program, including:
- Third-party assessments of their security program
- Data encryption at rest and in motion
- All data stored in the United States
