Press Ganey, renowned leader in patient, member, employee and consumer experience across the healthcare ecosystem, today announced the appointment of Erin Wilkins to the role of market president, assuming responsibility for client partnerships in Kentucky, Mississippi, southern Ohio and Tennessee.
Wilkins brings to the role 25 years of experience in guiding healthcare organizations to navigate disruption, with a focus on business strategy, M&A integration, human capital strategy, and operations. She has partnered with leading health systems to help shape their patient and caregiver experience strategies to ensure success in increasingly competitive and complex markets. Working with client-facing teams, Wilkins has delivered tailored improvement plans and technology solutions enabling hospitals and healthcare systems to strengthen operations. During her 18-year tenure with Press Ganey, Wilkins has held a variety of roles critical to the growth and success of the company, spanning client leadership, commercial operations, talent attraction and development, M&A integration and more.
Erin has been instrumental to Press Ganey’s organizational leadership, and we’ve tapped her to oversee a key market and bring her expertise directly to clients and executives in the region. With our recent acquisition of Forsta, our expanded offerings and insights provide deeper understanding of patient, consumer and workforce experiences. Erin’s leadership and expertise will be critical to helping clients move from understanding to action.

In addition to her client-facing responsibilities, she directs all business operations within the market, including strategic development, continuous growth, talent attraction and talent retention.
“As the healthcare industry evolves with both new opportunities and new challenges, I look forward to working more closely with clients to translate disparate, complex ideas into comprehensive frameworks for operational success,” Wilkins said. “Press Ganey continues to strengthen technology and data offerings that help our clients accelerate their strategies and improve not only their care, but the industry more broadly.”
